4 gold mills in Krr's territory that could be acquired So, in summary, after a bit of investigation, we can ascertain that there are 4 potential gold mills close to Krr territory, that could be bought by Krr.............1) Jubilee mill 1.2 million t/y ( owned by Northern Star who paid 80 million$ aus for it a couple of years ago) about only 15 kms away from Beta Hunt and 20 kms from Spargos...This mill would be ideal for processing Beta Hunt ore as well as Spargos ore. At some point, maybe in the near future, Northern Star will run out of gold ore for that mill and would likely be willing to sell it , as it would possibly have to be put on care and maintenance...That's the problem with mills, they are not transportable, once you run out of gold in their immediate vicinity, they become less economical for gold companies to run gold ore through them , due to the transport costs as the gold deposits are too far away...Anyways, the Jubilee mill right now , will outlive it's usefulness for Northern Star...unless Northern Star wants to buy out krr...Perhaps this was Northern Star's intention all along.. Anyways , my guess is Krr is waiting out the situation , to get a better price on purchasing that mill............ 2) Burbanks mill 180,000 tons/yr 35 kms away from Spargos ...Could be bought for a few million$ aus.......................3) Focus (Three mile hill mill) 1.2 million tons/year 45 kms from Spargos and 50 kms from Beta Hunt....this could be bought for just a few million $ Aus.................. 4) Lakewood mill 1.0 million tons/year... 45 kms from Beta hunt....this could be bought out for a few million $ also .....
