The Dirt
A old song comes to me they got the gold mine and we got the shaft. In my opinion there was absolutely no premium paid because our share price has been under stress ever since the RMS leaked takeover and the lowered guidance and short sellers. I do believe both companies together are alot strong and could potentially grow into the company we all wanted. We all want our share price to increase and with a new management team hopefully they get their aisc in line with our costs and maybe we will reach the share price we all want. I want to move on to a new chapter in stock ownerships where we are not manipulated by institutional shorting and if this is the best way to aquire this then bring it on . I believe if we don't take this deal do we want to continue on the same manipulated path I know I don't. If gold continues it trajectory up I want to be on the 400 thousand Oz producer not waiting until maybe some day reaching 200 thousand Oz because that ship has sailed.

I agree with you mostly but when we look at the overall picture, who benefits immediately and who "might" benefit down the road. From everything I have read, KRR ould easily stand on its own if it weren't for the incessant short attacks. The immediate beneficiaries are none other than Huet and the board. The rest of us get the "bone" .......DRY!!!!
