The lower the price, the more shares have to be issued, which ultimately only reinforces the downward momentum. I can imagine that there are poorly managed companies in Canada that would like to buy up Labs now. And there will be no shortage of criminal energy in the Canadian stock market. Just the argument that Medipharm Labs themselves are responsible for the poor prices is ridiculous, they are the only ones in the cannabis market that know how to build a business. The rest of the companies just have a completely inflated share count, no real business model and endless debt.
