This doesn't even include new classes of cannabinoid based anti-virals, anti-microbials, and anti-bacterials. It's the 'power base' the pulls the strings at the White House and the DEA requires military support for their surveillance capabilities for international trafficking if drugs like opioids and fentanyl.
