LBS UNIT NAV to April 17 = approx; $17.02
So with the last trade @ $7.68 before the halt... the premium was about 9%.. and Brompton took advantage of that to do an offering.

No surprise with LBS trading at a premium.
Not many have that advantage for doing an offering. I suspect it will pull back bigtime in the next few days. And even then, not sure it is the sector i want to be in..

So the loss was about 8 cents since the April 4 udpate... the common shares now values @ $7.52

Brompton updates LBS unit nav to April 4 = $17.60
So was a few pennies higher than my estimate. I did change the weightings to match what is now on Brompton's site. Somehow i was 2 pennies low.

LBS unit nav reported by Brompton @ $17.87 after dist.
So spreadsheet was out a bit on this one.. not sure what happened, perhaps some changes in the holdings, covered calls?

LBS unit nav to March 28 = approx: $17.92 before dist
Spreadsheet showing only a gain of 11 cents since last thursday. After dist. the commons would have a value of about $7.82, so still trading at a premium. Last sale was @$8.02

Just a matter of a higher yield , with both of those . FTN heavily discounted as is LFE. LBS with a lower yield and trading closer to its NAV.
