I ALSO LIVE IN THE VALLEY YA ITS GIONG TO FLOOD 2011 WAS A RESIVOIRWITHHOLDING WATER ISSUES,HOPE WE DONT GET SIX INCHES OF RAIN OVER NIGHT WITH 2 FEET OF SNOW ON THE GROUND.FLOODING WELL HURTS ,COULD MAKE FOR LONGER ROAD BANS,THIS CO.LIED AT THER CONFERENCE IN SASKATOON PRODUCTION GOING FORWARD WHAT THEY DO MORE BUYING,NEW LENDING.IGUESS THERE P  E  SPEAKS FOR ITSELF HOLD 3000 SHARES.
