RE:RE:RE:LFE sees some profittakingYes it's the market and risk always exists. I just prefer to buy when things are unloved and very much over sold and then waiting. As Charlie Munger once said.. "The big money Is not in the buying and the selling but in the waiting"

For example, I was buying the banks during the regional banking crises last year, now nowhere in the news. Back then, FFN for example was no where near paying a distribution and all the talk was about potential consolidation like FTN. Never happened.

I believe rates are on their way down, maybe a full point or two over the next 2 years. Inflation will continue to ease and eventually go on the back burner as the US election takes over media headlines.

mouserman wrote: Always a risk... its the stock market.. that is stupid comment. Even the some of best stocks can dive and maybe not miss in a general market correction, but capital losses occur. Especially buying at a premium. No mistaking the mood of the market, many of THESE SPLIT FUNDS, even ones like FTN that has a lot of safety and all financials are trading at a discount.
If that isnt a red flag for people it should be.
