"The big money Is not in the buying and the selling but in the waiting" For example, I was buying the banks during the regional banking crises last year, now nowhere in the news. Back then, FFN for example was no where near paying a distribution and all the talk was about potential consolidation like FTN. Never happened.
I believe rates are on their way down, maybe a full point or two over the next 2 years. Inflation will continue to ease and eventually go on the back burner as the US election takes over media headlines.
