RE:RE:RE:RE:Insider BuyingYou are naive if you believe BoD act in the best interest of shareholders. Paulo would be looking for a job if it were otherwise. Non performance based and excessive compensation is the norm, not the exception. BoD are hands off, rubber stampers watching of for managment.
