Note to BOD
Issue one time $1.00 per share special dividend from cash in company
Just say No to any management performance bonuses
Put company up for sale.
Company has delivered zero shareholder benefit or enhancement, only dilution and mostly negative quarters.
Largo owes common shareholders for their money invested and patience in waiting.

We spent most of 2020, up to December at sub $10, millions of people globally suffered pay cuts and unemployment and execs certainly felt it on incentive and performance plans These guys had a banner year pay wise.  This is a bit crazy.
