The process is expected to quantify the current cost estimates of LCE's VCHARGE and VCHARGE+ product offerings, a future cost outlook and quantification of associated cost saving initiatives and a comprehensive review of LCE's competitiveness in the Long Duration Energy Storage Solutions marketplace. The process is anticipated to take no longer than three months"
So the review concluded last month and the results of that review are what?

A major change in direction (or worse) of their VRFB business would constitute a material event IMO and would necessitate an announcement to the public.
