Yes, just remember to vote before you sell and not for the guys that caused this problem. Point North  was supposed to call me back last week, still waiting to here from them. If they cant call you back when they say and the company calling for them could not answer simple questions, I'm pretty sure they are not competent enough to take over the board. If the current board and management took a paycut that would make a big difference for me. There H/O cost are my biggest problem with them.
