Looking at the 5-year chart for LIQ....
It's not exactly a shining example of success. In fact it looks worse than some of the charts the company has put forward to discredit the alternate slate of directors. Compensation for current LIQ management is excessive given the mediocre results. Not sure about the alternate BoD slate but the current one will not be getting my support.

I agree, but do not believe they will do it any differently. It's clear in their plan that they are not familiar enough with the business. They will just cost us money, in 2 years we will be in a much worse position then with the current group. Management needs to stay in place but reduce spending and move to performance based incentives.
