This morning, LIQ announced the nomination of a new vice-chairman to work on a CANNABIS STRATEGY. This new orientation should catch the attention of new investors!

In Alberta, they would have to make new stores that did not sell liquor to sell the mj.  Highly unlikely that you will see both being sold from the same stores in Alberta for a very long time.

Perhaps.  But they have cash on hand from the sale of US properties.  They can use it to start new MJ stores.  Or they can convert some non-performing properties in AB into MJ. But what is the action plan of the new CEO?  Do we have an inkling?

I don't think you are correct in assuming weed will not be sold in Alberta Liq stores. HALIFAX -- Cannabis will be sold at nine Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation stores across the province when the drug is officially legalized in July. The province announced pot will be sold at four outlets in the Halifax area and at stores in Amherst, Truro, New Glasgow, Sydney River, and Yarmouth. One of the ...more
