Thanks Goldhappy for the follow up
If this then is the case and we (small shareholders) have only an expired shareholders rights plan. I personally would love to know if any other plan is in effect. This to me is more important, than a share price that has a yo yo effect. Since we may be ripe for a takeover at any time.

I would hope this could be addresssed at the AGM should this plan have been expired.
