RE:RE:Did he cooked the books ?He probably didn't do anything technically illegal, BUT, I think he orchestrated events to the favour of Tahoe. I think releasing the drill results earlier would have had a positive effect on the share price that would have necessitated a higher exchange ratio. IMHO
