has framming complete and sidding being installed on 6,000 ton ore bin .It would be nice to have this system in order for the start of Q2.Oh well we waited for a long time what's a couple of extra months ha ha . GLTAL

explain----  ore bin----- is it needed for the 3000 or 5500 tpd mill love your posts but if possible explain more if possible

Storage bins are required to ensure a continuous supply of material to the mill, mills can't stop and start very cheaply, having a bin ensures minor disruptions from the supply side do not affect the process side on an hour by hour basis.

geoffs, the ore bin that i'm talking about is part of the dry end circuit or the crushing circuit , witch is what we are waiting to be completed in order to get to 3,000 tpd. The trucks unload there trucks witch go into the crucher witch is then conveyed by a conveyor belt to the top of the 6,000 ore bin, witch in the middle of this ore bin has a conveyor that goes from 6,000 ton ore bin to ...more

To be very simple, That ore bin is a static part of the process. It assure a continuous flow of the material to be crushed. So, not a  very expensive part of the process. The best news will be when they will annouce that  the sag mill is in operation!  The ore bin to me is a no brainer Let's concentrate on ''ore grade' 'To me it's the key to ...more
