I'm not sure exactly what the two of you are claiming to be illegal about this, but please explain as it's a bold statement to make without breaking that down a little for us.
They lobbied the government in Botswana to make an exception for them to travel; were approved; held an auction; it apparently is not a disaster (bar is low now for these things - not a disaster is an improvement); and they are still mining at full speed.
If there's ever a time to maybe say the managment is at least trying, this would be it - be happy about the run. There's been pleanty to be upset about here - enjoy it for now!
