RE: EIS

RE: EISThe Public Hearing is the final step in the consultation process prior to the EIS being submitted to the Provincial Government for approval, and if approved, presented to the Provincial House of Deputies and Senate for ratification. It gives the people of the people of Mendoza and other parties a chance to voice their concerns or support.
As I mentioned in a earlier post.....
Some of the locals and environment folks aren't real keen about the mine spinning up. Those same people also said they understand how important it is for everyone and the government was backing it and because of the backing it meant to them it was a done deal. Miner associations and such can't wait for this to get rolling. Huge spin off for such a place.
They just want to ensure that COP doesn't steam roll in there and not follow the rules/laws laid forth. I don't think that's going to be a issue. Coro doesn't seem to be shotgunning this.
How the stock will react? Hmmm...getting out the crystal ball. Positive public hearing will push it into .90's and when the EIS is approved by the Provincial Government....I'll retire  :)
Do your own DD.
