NPV and stock Price

So based on the NPV, what should the price of the stock be trading at? Does it trade at a discount to the NPV valuation? And in the event of a buyout, is the the buyout typically priced in and around the NPV value, or higher, or lower? Do we have examples of companies that were bought out so we can use as a reference point ( NPV and buyout price)?

Hienzenberg - to be conservative I would say an asset of such quality should today be worth at least 0.5 x NPV. This puts us to $5.30 a share TODAY. I'm hearing that this is also a high quality PEA. i.e. that it is based on industry quotes, not comparisons. So this provides another level of comfort.  I believe further oxides will be found, and the quality of this asset will become ...more

Perfectly explained Fundinvestor. There is stil an absolutely massive amount of upside from here.  This NR only covers the oxidies and actually not even all the oxides they have so far discovered. If the story were to end right here and now it is still a home run NR.  With copper price projections so much higher over the next 10 years this deposit would be a bargain if someone can ...more
