Well they had a base shelf prospectus for 100Mil. They used some of it up. I'm not sure how they figure out the 100Mil. Do the warrants count towards the 100Mil? They are in the money now so if they do get exercise then more money for the company. If the warrants don't count then have about 60Mil they can raise. Let’s see if they do it in the future and if they give themselves another

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't this the same private placement and commission shares announced last week?  This is just announcing it closed.  In addition Greenstone exercised their preemptive rights (I would view this as positive) Tembo did not.

Good that this is all settled now. I don't think anyone can deny that the recent share price rise is linked to the company now being fully funded.  The brokers can't play their games now. Can't hold back buying interest, so to push into an equity raising. And the rest of it. Can now get on with the work. Great!
