Pershing is Definitely Accumulation for some time now
There is very low interest in the stock these days. It so easy to move the price up or down with a few thousand shares. Let’s see if we can take out that $4.71 order today. It has been there for about 2 weeks or so.

All Pershing, all the time. Pretty steady accumulation, can't help but feel jealous at their strategy, just keep buyin in those 100, 200, 300 share lots. Have to have accumulated a couple hundred thousand shares by now... thats big dollars at these prices.
