No their math is accurate.  It's based on the 2023 annualized. There were two dividend payments at $0.36 and two at $0.38. This totals $1.48 for 2023. If they now pay 4 dividends of $0.39 ...more

I believe thier maths is wrong... a 4 cent increase on 1.52 is only 2.6% increase.. is it not? 1.56/1.52 = 1.02631 or 2.6% Have I done something wrong?

As I am passing by again no special dividend as management stated but increased dividend by 5.4% . So I take it and as I wait I hydrate.

The past 2 years in early November there have been shareholders rights offering announcements.   In 2022 it was a 13 - 1 @ $14.00 In 2021 it was a 14 - 1 @ $16.86... there was also a May ...more

You really need to watch your misinformation... They have NOT announced a Special Dividend, they stated they "anticipate" to payout a special dividend in Q1 next year as they expect to have ...more

still up about a dollar plus they just increased dividend by 6% and yes also announced some special dividend for 2024. So far so good despite missing earnings .
