RE:maybe -Mood Media to be bought out by Shazamdreaddogs - it's possible as the fit would be very good, allowing Shazam more explosive penetration into global markets but I don't know what Shazam's financials could handle. Regardless of the acquisitor, I reiterate that this company will not be public 18 months from now - the free cash flow generation and predictability of business along with moderate top line growth would make it a very likely target for private equity. That is the history of CEO Steve Richards, who has turned several companies around in the past. In the near-term, the debenture solution will be a significant de-risking, along with ongoing EBITDA and free cash flow growth and the recognition of all these growth initiatives that we've been hearing about. Our time has just begun.
