i agree with you.  Steve Richards has a very strong track record of turning things around.  I am very impressed what he has done lately by brining in Shazam as a business partner and putting expectations on their BIS and Technomedia subsidiary. 

the music component is just a small part of their business model.  As per previous conference call, the company is installing Digital signage in these major QSR stores in California (rumours = McDonalds).  I think Mood Media may be helping mcdonalds in their transformation in California.

Also, BIS (Mood Media) has landed with some major contracts with the EU for digital signages.


The ticket for this company to move forward is to show the fund managers that they are able to pay off their debt.


With respect to their debt, if they are able to pay some off and borrow against their european subsidiary that will be awesome.   Dont forget European interest rate is close to ZERO....

This could be a WIN WIN WIN situation....
