New buy

New buyThe company web site confirms that they bought 323 West 6th Avenue at the end of July.  Price 18 million.
The company now owns the entire block going west to Yukon St.
The current density is 3 times coverage. There have been several exemptions in Mount Pleasant for larger assemblies allowing twice that.
This move sets up a possible redevelopment application.
This is the most sought after area in Vancouver for tech and bio companies.
Another smart move.
