Mission detached home values April 2021 Average Price $992,141 April 2020 $ 737,299 $ an increase of 34.6% year over year. March 2021 price $961,856 an increase of $ 3.1% month over month

Town house values for April 2021, price $626,166. April 2020 price $559,483 an increase of 11.9% year over year.

Strata apartments are up over 80% year over year.

I have heard raw land sales in Silverdale are brisk and have gone through $500,000 per acre.
MPC's holdings have a guess value at those prices of $350 million or $5.83 per share, pre tax.
Way more fully developed.
