Certainly at this level unit price,   at 78% discount to NAV, it is all about the discount for me.  The distriubtion was cut 60% in Feb 2023.  Not likely to cut again.  But do not buy Dream Impact for the distribution, it is all about buying a 1 for 22 cents.

If anything, Dream unlimited willl take it under it's umbrella for around 15 per unit, seen this many times before.   You may not have a longer view but they do, and they will be out with a offer to take it off the market.
