fair size reit    seems to be at  large discount to  NAV        any thoughts?

i like this one but am a little concerned with all the development projects going in to a down trend real estate market while costs escalate

that's true       but   a lot of the development  relates to apartment/condo   construction  which  should be good,  GST   just removed from new  housing construction,   how much wll that help?
