Short Sellers?????Unless I'm mistaken, I think that Dabards is now calling us Short Sellers if we vote NO to an extremely poor deal. I also have both MPVD & KDI shares and am beside myself trying to understand how KDI could be valued @ $3.00 and MPVD only $3.30. There has been heavy manipulation going on with share prices of both companies and it probably is being done for one shareholder. I have been a shareholder for over 19 years and I "bought in" thinking these shares could be comparable to [Great Wine]. Guess I was wrong. Hey Dabards, can I ask when did you buy in?? Am voting NO!!
