RE:RE:RE:Collect dividends till it doubles this yearAgree flamingo, this is real estate, the best parts about real estate is its flexibility and the fact that it cant be manufactured, what's there is there and where I live there has been some fantastic condos built on old commercial properties and they look great.

After the 2008 financial crash where many car dealerships shuttered, the land was rezoned residential for townhomes and condo developments.

Morguard's assets will always be in demand, just a matter of switching over to whatever is needed. This is a long term hold and we live in a fast money market where we have mostly traders, not investors. Those that have the paitence to wait will be rewarded here.
