Work from home

Expecting a move up once we start to hear easing of work from home mandates.

CHR just popped 30% ahead of the Fed's removal of PCR testing. MRT could do the same just on a mandate change alone. That would be the first leg up, the next would be a distribution bump. Two strong positives and today a third with Moderna annoucing the pandemic is in the final stages.

In Nov 2020 downtown condos hit a low point as everyone fled the core and cocooned to the suburbs. Well, downtown condos are now at all time highs even during the height of Omicron. It's all about cycles and the back to the office commute cycle is next in line.
