Just like CHR today. Commerical real estate was the hardest hit during covid and will be the last to spring back. Rai has something up his sleeve for this one. Collect the current distribution and excercise patience for the eventual pop.

Not sure why there is still a very large short position.   Don't   The shiorts have to make the distribution.  They are also exposed to any special distribution at year end or increase in regular distribution next year.

I think theoretically prices goes down when there's a distribution so it's a non-event for shorts.  Yes I think an increase in the distribution is a risk for them as it attracts more investor interest. The chart/company makes me edgy/schitzo, either will continue to languish or is a once-in-a-decade opportunity, but am going to increase my position a bit--get some more nice DRIP ...more
