MRT Should Not be a Public Company

MRC and G2S2 owns approximately 89% on  FD.This company should stop being a public company. G2S2 owns 10% of MRC and so has an aligned interestt

It nakes more sense for MRT to be acquired by MRC, lots of cost savings from regulatory costs and filings.

Well, I own a little over 33000 shares and I won't let them go without $10/share.

I've got a little over $15,000 and I also won't let them go for less than NAV $15. but I do worry that with 90% of the shares what's to stop them from dropping the distribution and letting the shares drop and pick up the remainder at even lower prices on the open market.

They could have cut to zero a long time ago like some reits have already done but they did not. If they cut to zero now and screw shareholders to take it over it sends a clear message Mr. Sahi is not to be trusted which will weigh on his other holdings. Would you buy stock then in any company he owns? I don't see it happening.
