Rai & George share had shared opportunities before. Anyone remember when George got in Temple (hotels)? It was not painful: Rai issued tons of rights, George had followed and then came the buyback ...more

MRC bought some more on Thursday.  They know they need to step up the buying as, G2S2 may want to add/buy more before the shorts need to buy back.  Hopefully interest rates start to relax ...more

G2S2 is controlled by George & Sim Armoyan. Hopefully a shakeup is coming soon.

MRC continues to Buy.

Yahoo finance still show 1.7 million shares short.  MRC is taking its time buying shares in open market.  That's probably why common management is not raising the distribution   ...more

Ultimately, the trading price is the REAL value.  REITS are all weak at the time. However, Even TD says that their MRT.un NAV is $7.50 per share and higher than the current trading price Take ...more
