Stunning Discount to Book Value

Canadian Commercial Real Estate in Major Cities accross Canada!!!  Some leased out to our Government. 

Am underwater on my investment here, and will just wait for the value to be recognized in due course.  Hopefully, they increase the monthly distribution so short sellers close their positions.
