That was some due diligence that knocked the original indicated bid price from $1.95 to $1.65 - and had the Board endorse it.

When you say "funds" I hope that you mean Exchange Traded Funds rather than mutual funds. ETFs are tradable all day whereas the price for a mutual fund is set daily after the market closes.  ...more

If you sell now you may get $1.61 in mkt...if you wait till buyout closes you get $1.65, or 2.5% more over say 4 months to close deal or 7.5% annualized return.....if you have better use for the money ...more

it is definitive agreement at 1.65, you can wait it out until the transaction has closed and your paper will be converted to 1.65 per piece. if you sell now, let's say 1.61, there will be people ...more
