I'm with you Peter. We were supposedly right on track and the worst was behind us now. I feel it's an odd time to seek financial help. Personally I think there is something else going on. This sudden increase in volume and share price leads me to think something bigger is going on behind the doors. Merus saying they can't comment further- I smell Fish man.

They did say in the conference call in the fall they would do soemthing about salvaging the U.S. listing and did they not have until May 1rst to come up with a plan?  Come on folks one fund at the end of Nov and start of December (approx) bought ten million shares in the 105-125 range. What was that for??  Then there has been constant share shuffling amongst the insiders for the

Really good points, they also could be looking at merging or expanding their foot print My guess is that someone has made them an offer Who could it be now A large pharma company looking to expand in Europes underserved jurisdictions is where Merus had concentrated a lot of their effort Further if they got the license from the  govt board in Spain re the production of product, other products
