RE:RE:RE:Minco Base Metals - going privateRock. I hope you find that certificate.

Do you remember what happened to our White Silver Mountain Property? Reported in the Audited annual financial statements For Years ended September 30, 2010 and 2009:

In September 2009, MM&M set up a wholly owned subsidiary in Hong Kong, Minco
Mining & Metals Limited (“MM&M HK”), and transferred all of its interest in Keyin to
MM&M HK.

The Company, through its subsidiaries, finalized a share transfer agreement and sold its
interest in Keyin including the White Silver Mountain property on December 23, 2009 for
consideration of $23,846,154 (RMB 155 million). After paying the withholding income tax
in the amount of $2,076,923 (RMB13.5 million) to Chinese tax authority, the net
proceeds of $21,805,150 (RMB 141.5 million) were held in a trust account.

The buyer of our mineral interest was Baiyin Non-ferrous Metals Group Co. Ltd. (“BNMC”), a Chinese company based in Baiyin, Gansu Province, China. The company was the main copper supplier in China. Baiyin Nonferrous has since been listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange and the Gansu Provincial People's Government is their largest shareholder.
