of fraud it's quebec c'mon what do you expect, look into the brokerage they bot out of vancover in the late 90's these guys were in the news all the time for fraudulent dealings , facilitating off shore insider accounts etc etc I expect it is still business as usual, I had an account with leveque as it was then called even there closer to national bank the culture was something to behold, if you get my meaning
