It's linked to the extensive debt load that he acquired on initiatives in the US that aren't working. It's related to a very bad dilution of the stock that will never allow it to exceed $3. It's a result of his short temperament, screaming fits and lack of respect for all his colleagues. It's connected to his lack of vision and planning, and his inability to attract any good talent. It's a function of his entire staff having no belief in his leadership and his disrespectful demeanor to his entire executive team. It's a result of not planning for a downturn so that the competitive position in the market is protected and enough capital is available for maintenance projects and acquisitions. Look at SES and Tervita, both in better shape than what this loser has done. But I agree. It's not his bald head or his tiny hands that failed the company, just his ideas and actions. I just like to remind him that his angry bombastic nature as a jerk isn't helping build a CULTURE OF RESPECT AND INCLUSION, AND MORAL HAS COLLAPSED WITHIN THE HALLS COMPLETELY.
