Correct, if you had 1000 shares of NAL you will now have 147 shares of Tev and 31 warrants.

It's going to be all about Tervita going forward. Newalta's position has improved substantially because of the merger, but it seems any increase in oil prices has been offset by heavy oil ...more

I ran off at $1.29 after dormancy.  Think the obvious is that Newalta (I am not sure about Tervita) future is much brighter with a booming Albertan oilsands industry.  Heavy oil is a pretty ...more
