The 30 day halt raises questions. Ncu must have requested it. They could just delist if there is an exceptable bid to start the auction. Also if unhalted, buyer could pay cash for shares or do a share

Shares may remain listed but halted for time being. Maybe a consideration may be in the form of stock + bitcoin or cash from whoever may buy NCI, which requires ncu / nevdq to be listed.
