simply look on gaggle for "Implied Auctions" rules; this is for dealers making swaps or buy sells - after hours....
if U are suing a trade platform like ameritrators.. you will not see the realtime trading activity - that hilites the ImAuc...
trsding was halted @ 13% on the frank... on the TSX it hit almost 16%.. thats a whammy lotta 0.o8 ???.
