Frankfort has special vol rules, that is, if the price deviates from a predefined channel, trading is halted and it goes to a temp auction mode, wherein bids can still be placed, but they can also be cancelled until the auction phase ends, usually measured in minutes for high vol stocks, idk how rhey handle low vol foreign stocks tho. I agree with you on the dike and patchh, Roykerr. IDK about trading rules on Frankfort, but the volumes there are generally low. Also the auction aspect that has been discussed here at length by patchh are generally tiny volumes.
