The Company is engaged in the development, operation, and exploration of its copper project (the Project) at its Pumpkin Hollow Property (the Property) in Western Nevada, United States of America. Its two fully permitted projects include the high-grade Underground Mine and processing facility, which is undergoing a restart of operations, and a large-scale open pit PFS stage project. The Property is located in northwestern Nevada and consists of approximately 24,300 acres of contiguous mineral rights including approximately 10,800 acres of owned private land and leased patented claims. Pumpkin Hollow is located approximately 8 miles southeast of the small town of Yerington, Nevada in Lyon County, one- and one-half hours drive southeast of Reno. The Company’s wholly owned subsidiary is Nevada Copper, Inc.

these implied auctions hav nothing to doo w volumes..  the storks are sold at auction from 10:00 to 14.45..

the split range is 20%..  just look up implied auctions..  these R dealer 2 Dealer auctions - not open to the public..

i hav an enbridge Tender or ENB.CNV4 CORPAC that swapped out a B series of the pft 11's.  i elected to take the swap..  its in my portofollio.  i cannot buy oor sell the issue...  its a tender..  its a dealer SWAPof one series for another thats being offered as a tender - across the board...

this is difficult to explain..  the initial offer was for dealers..  i purchased the enbridge ENB.PFC series from a dealer who brought the bonds in an auction - who then sold tese to my brokerage who sold them to me w a small comish..  i cannot buy these 5 pointers directly..

thats what these auctions are all about...  retail v/s dealer price...

somebody placed 200K shares into a dealers auction yesterdy..

check my times.
