RE:RE:just a ? Making more sense now.   When change of control talks we're going on I mentioned Rio tinto already in the camp would be interested. Someone recently posted that Rio was making an outright offer.

If the offer is low, it invites others to get involved and process drags on and if copper goes up, price goes up.  So my guess is, that Rio had already submitted a bid outline that would prove acceptable.

Ergo keeping workforce on.  However, some time is needed for interested parties to look at the assets to make a bid.

My wonderment is. Will Pala and friends be able to convert 50 million dollars at at 0.10 cents for 500 million share dilution.    Of course, that would reduce debt. I suspect it will happen.

If so, Pala should b down to about 50 cent cad cost.  So after 500 million debt paid, 1 billion more for assets, which would b a steal.  That would b 50 cents cad. Per share. Most would break even or maybe make a bit.

I suspect the process will happen quickly.
