just a ?

4 kent, of all the numerous companies that u invested in that went into BP ( ya you sure have a knack for picking them), did you ever end up with anything other than pink paper at pennies on the dollar?

Slew, well named. Good question, kind of.  Why are you here?  Answer that honestly, then we can talk. Kw

Making more sense now.   When change of control talks we're going on I mentioned Rio tinto already in the camp would be interested. Someone recently posted that Rio was making an outright offer. If the offer is low, it invites others to get involved and process drags on and if copper goes up, price goes up.  So my guess is, that Rio had already submitted a bid outline that ...more

Dilution cannot occur with the shares halted and potentially delisted. Why weren't my NEVDF shares increasing in market price when copper was trading at all time highs of 5.00 USD / lb?
Comment by nofluff on Jun 18, 2024 9:22am
I think water issues were the prob.   I agree no converting while halted. However, delisting does not illiminate shares. So I think conversion could happen. Give me 0.50 and I will call it quits. Nf

I don't think Pala, the largest investor, invests 14 years and all the money they funded just to break even at 50 cents...

zero shares for me, I bought @ .55 and sold at 30 cents. I am watching ncu for the lessons, tho I did put a stink bid in @ 1/2 cent on the last day of trading.

"zero shares for me" and myself as well.  Twelve years ago it was then and still is against my "rules" to invest in one-trick pony shows, (MAG backed by a major, an exception) but being acquainted with one of the original staff members, and recognizing the high future demand for copper and the potential of doubling PH's P&P, I bought RE in the valley instead of ...more

Has anybody seen a report on the water issues? Yes I know about the second pump but can the water problem be fixed?
Comment by nofluff on Jun 18, 2024 11:28am
UG mines typically have water probs. Just a mater of adding more pumps.Typicaly, water influx is a surge and then slows. pH was even bigger than expected.  Also, grouting can b done. The last announcement said wages and benefits being paid as well as care and maintenance. I am hoping that means UG crusher completion and back fill piping completion. Nf

Comment by mckayk3 on Jun 18, 2024 12:41pm
Read Q1 MDA. Nothing on pumps.  The only risk is the ramp up cost, which is has been clearly stated as normal costs. the liquidity concerns are largely due to the delays in ramp up and the rolling debt obligations which make the cash flow negative. Its a financial question now,  who wants to pony up and consolidate all the debt and take on the project to completion?  If ...more

You will call it  "Quits" at zero which is  likely  where you are and the rest of the delusional bagholders are right now bumpkin.

My thoughts? Still in the baffled crowd, but enjoying the ride. Like flying into IMC with engine and avionics issues... Waiting to see how it plays out that the majority shareholders leave the board as it goes into C11. Motivation for that? zero shareholder return is a distinct possibility, with your scenarios also possible. Also possible Pala etc are off the board so they have arms length ...more
