there is no way to determine the blizzard of equity will happen if the needed funds come through the door. 
I.e the mine would be a profitable going concern in a $5 lb copper enviorment but if the number of shares increases by 10 fold, the per share value is squat.

the russians w the chicoms will controll better than 60% of the global mine's.. the biggies now are copper and aluminium..  all of these forex contracts will move from the LME to shanghi... the russians and chinese only settle in Barney RUbels or Yuams today - last month 240B$,, their banks are up and running..  that what that commeie meet was about on the 15th and probably 10
