my question is ! @ 63% does that 49% rule preclude vlad from going private w/o SEC - TSX Approval..
as to cash N.. hes been sporting the bills...
somebody is going 2 own that mine..
i will not loose sleep if he exits.. i will not go dance naked on idaho st if he sinks N for an OP..
the danger is'! / storks start to climb above 2/3 buks for chuck & he goes for a buy N to finny the OP..
w/o a solid game plan for the old anaconda site on the drafting board w a large mine operation..
then its sliced chumm.. he cannot collect a construction cru of several hundred people.. build new mills and land new mine equipment.
if he sits tite - simply mines UG and retires debt the stork will eventually creep up to the nevada juniors average of around 3 buks. the juniors in nevada are simply too small and they lack buying power. they either mine - sold and expanded.. most of the solo juniors are rather shot out after they get to profits and simply mine.. McEuwin in eureka. Robinson mine down around ely.. solo's have come bak in and started to mine on theold properties and go no further..

--> i think that Cru @ LAC - Thacker Pass will simply load up and unpak here around fernley/when lac is completed. the miners and consruction people will come in by buss or coach.
National Coal is also listed as the new mine operator up there - they are also buiding a rok tek high temp processing mill -- on site..
some of these plans have been on the boards for over 10 years and pursued w/n the last three..
