C19 and that Dyke.. he was putzin long - just starting to mill some overburnen out bak.. got a cople loads off to the streamer,,
prior to 19 and the leak.. he ws simply running along for a buyer sale - doing fine !
19 and the dyke were simply bad luk - blew up his muffins.. he hd a few problems.. newbie mine construction people.. Cementex apparently/mabey sold him a 10K hoist.. after install it was certified for 6500.. pictures from the company that made that hoist - sold it as a 10K.. he got sued over that - cementex withheld the software that operated the hoist - sued redpath (who knows what - redpath settled for a little csh and stok) and redpath still works for NCI.. small mine company out of reno..
that leak set off a mine inspection/state.. theyfinished with a mandate for a new Ventilation S$$ystem.
this set off another round of expenses.. looks like he had to come bak in and re-drill over old drill logs. that could hav been a price waterhouse requirement so they could issus a certified mine finance - end of year report..
i think vlad had a preliminary during the second finance w KiWi - it was never disclosed to investors (pre Buff) and we got a Managments Best Estimates w a 5 year bad debt of 750M$ on the entire shootin match.. the next happy was they were foinf to install solar.. i did not get this skinny from elko for several weeks that ABX was going to announce solar..
this is is some foo the sillier rubarbs.. its buff almost 2 yrs to clean this out and sing off on engineers of records for his SEDAR Filings..
